FEATURES

Make use of our well equipped camp kitchen, or enjoy a chat with fellow travellers sitting around our camp fire area. During the season we often feature entertainment and camp oven meals. If you feel like heading out for a meal, the bowls club is just a short walk down the road.

Ask about our 3 night special for powered sites! Only $94! (Excluding July) Our park is a great place to base yourself for a few days while you check out the local sites. Need to do some laundry, no problems! Take a day trip to Toompine or Adavale, or check out the Eromanga Natural History Museum, just an hour's drive from Quilpie.

Our park features grassy areas and shady spots and it really will feel like an oasis near the desert. We work hard to keep the grass growing, and summers in the outback can be harsh. If you are wondering about our raised sprinklers, we have to do this as the bore water comes out of the tap steaming hot!

Our modern amenties block is also a talking point amongst guests. Did you know that our hot water comes from the Artesian Basin and emerges at around 75 degrees Celcius? It does have a distinctive smell which can surprise you but it is lovely and soft and great to shower in.

Did you know we are pet friendly? Your furry friends are welcome at our park, you just need to abide by a few general rules.

We love to keep you entertained while you are staying with us! During the season we try to have an entertainer on board 6 nights a week. Put on your dancing shoes or sit back and relax and listen to some great music. At times we also have bush poets to entertain us!
